Yes! Correct answer to documented physiology. Like a baloon in water...
    lungs i think
NONE, because to qualify "FLOAT" it would rise out of your body if/when your opened-up either by injury or surgery. Now you do have, what they call "Floating" ribs because they aren't attached at both ends.

Clever! But still not what I read... My organs, personally, do levitate, but that's an anomaly.

Pandy only one liver, two kidneys!

"WHAT! WE HAVE (2) KIDNEYS?" "I SHOULD HAVE STAYED AWAKE MORE DURING (MED.) SCHOOL CLASSES." (GO FIGURE ONLY ONE LIVER & TWO KIDNEYS.)

caveat to question: internal organ between neck and butt. Sorry, Harry Good one tho

Maybe harry's brain floats MaryMary! He could be one of those special people.

Your Lungs? Really? Even when all of the air is removed? I don't buy that...

I would guess that it may be the brain.  There is a high level of fat and water.

Or it's the bladder (full of air) or any organ that you could put air into.

    I don't know............. it's a good question for a pathologist.
