This may be worth looking into,

One small unheard of Speciatly Bank is offering an 8.2% annually to its members... Full stop.

It does not advertise their rates on any wedsit.They dont have any other branch out side their Manhatton Offices, in The Old Money Section of Midtown, Manhattan. Its on Pank Avenue near the Waldorf, and an 8.2% yield.

The minimum amount of money to get started with the Bank is currently under $20. Sorry, dont know name of Bank, but Im sure it will be easy to find.
