      Green leafy vegetables,spinach in particular is high in iron to enrich the blood.
      Glad you are taking the natural way and not pills, never found any over the counter from alleged "health stores" to be worth buying. Honestly feel they have a placebo affect.Like the man who told his doctor he wanted his sex drive lowered and the doctor said "it is all in your mind" man said "I know that is why I want it lowered.
