      I have tried bead blasting, And that works really good, quick too but it ruins your blast media. I think the engine burned oil and that gets on the media so your blasting oil in the next thing your trying to clean

          If it is a gasoline (Petrol) engine put a cupful of deisel in a full tank of fuel.Best de-coker I have ever known.
