YES. Beleive me, I HAVE had experiences with people who showed up on the scene--out of nowhere-- who seemed to be angels.

I believe the angles heard during biblical times (including the NT) were aliens speaking from their saucers in the sky. We have aliens among us now that look like humans. :)
I stand corrected then. But Colleen, the testimonies in the Word of God says that these angels walked among the people back then as well as they do today, not speaking from flying saucers in the sky.
I only said the voices they heard in the sky came from saucers. I didn't say they weren't on the ground too helping people.

I don't buy into the myth that people are getting smarter as the centuries click by. Whatever technology man has developed throughout the centuries has been delivered to them by God for His purposes and for His plan to unfold just as He has prophesised.
God has been with His creation from the beginning, walking among us by Spirit and angels, teaching us the way to life, liberty and happiness.

We do not even have the technology now to build pyramids and cut mammoth rocks as precisely as they did with their hand tools. It's been tried and modern man has failed at it each time. We can not duplicate the pyramids.

Since you're the one who said that, I'm going to assume you believe you are not getting smarter. I disagree with this generalized statement. You might not be getting smarter but the greatest percentage of mankind has. We are getting too smart for the controllers, those who have ruled us for centuries. Now we are down to possibly being destroyed,again, because they're losing their control over us, again. WE ARE SMARTER, smarter than those before us. WE will win this time :)
God is Spirit and speaks to us through the Holy Ghost which is Light and Sound. He does not use people to speak through. He does not speak in voice, His own or anyone elses. Those who have the ears to hear and the eyes to see, understand this. Jesus made the blind man see. The man was not physically blind, he was spiritually blind. Jesus's teachings raised the man spiritually and the man then saw the Light of God in the world around him and it filled him and he was blessed with the love of God. The deaf man was not physically deaf, he was spiritually deaf, Jesus's teachings raised the man spiritually and the man was able to hear the Sound of God in the world around him and it filled him and he was blessed with the love of God. The mute man was not physically mute, he was closed off from God and mankind. He chose not to speak. Jesus's teachings opened the man spiritually and the mute man saw the Light of God and it filled him, he heard the voice of God and it filled him. He was blessed with the love of God. His heart was filled and he spoke for all his brethren to hear. Jesus spoke OF God and God's love but he did not speak for God. He knew better than to claim he could speak for God. He knew better than to claim he was God Himself. Man wrote those words. Men who wanted absolute power and control over the people.

All I said was Jesus spoke of God. That in no way says that the words the men wrote in the bible were the actual words of Jesus. I did not tell you what Jesus meant. What I told you is how men got it wrong and made simple awareness into "miracles". It was all about the marketing. What sells better? Awareness or "miracles?"

Well, the only way you would know that Jesus spoke of God would be relying upon men who wrote that He did. So once again we go around in circles with this "nobody knows what Jesus said" argument. You are picking and chosing what part of man's writings you wish to believe. That is not a good method of finding reasonable truth. I could say that no one can know for sure that Goerge Washington was the first President of the United States of America because they would have to rely upon what men wrote about him and all of those so called signed documents could be just made up for man's own purposes of controlling the people.

Definitely....I had a unique experience before,and I know it was an angel,they are messengers and protectors,I have always loved angels,I collect angels of all sorts.They are beautiful beings created in heaven.All of gods creations are so meaningful and have such purpose,the angels are a very special gift,we are so blessed to have them,the benefit of angelic beings is so awesome,I have never taken them for granted,I am truly honored.

The Word of God says that there are tens of thousands of angels in heaven that worship Jesus and those who go to heaven will worship God with the angels, this will be neat....

I think you are all angelic beings who I dearly love and urge you to see yourself reflected back to you in all you see and know as the love you are. That is the difference between bodies and beings. Bodies see themselves and all else as not part of them. Spirit sees the common union of all beingness reflecting back from all we see. We are all spiritual beings, angels, pilgrims of time, an evolving child of God.

God don’t create junk. From what I’ve seen there are many spiritual beings here with diverse talents and functions carrying out a wide range of tasks routinely and as needed. I read the URANTIA book and ACIM so my viewpoint is toward this view. Read it for yourself and decide for yourself, I don’t quote it. Most folk I know who read it, just read it and that’s it. Preaching these books is not considered appropriate behavior for a reader to do.
Thanks Robert, it's good to know where you are coming from. I read the ACIM point of view, and while it sounds quite lovely, it goes against the testimony given by God in the Holy Scriptures so I will have to respectfully pass on embracing such a view. But thanks for sharing, I learn something new just about every day.
You see if the ACIM view is right, then what Jesus taught is lies and I am convinced that Jesus is the Son of God. I pray you have carefully considered the gospel given by Jesus CHrist.

Life is not mint for absolute meanings and the assumption that a book or anything here is absolutely correct. Error is part of life as a teaching device so that we should think and consider the ideas before us. Thoughtless acceptance of that mean-ole-dick-tater in the sky does not embrace His will for our life, as an advancing child of God. We are all His children and you think he’ll roast his kids in the eternal fames of hell for being naughty or simply wrong. Shame on you for giving God such a bad rap and His Holy creations in your judgment as not good enough to know about because of the intended little bumps along the way. Right to the letter Christianity does not ask you to learn Aramaic for a precise understanding of the culture of Christ, it asks for your faith and apparently intolerance to all things not found in your book. Be a sheep to the sheer, a lamb to the slaughter. A thoughtless church troll who lives in apparent deprivation of meaning, substance or value. Religion is the quest to know God and become like God. You seem to be on a quest to deprive yourself of anything outside of kindergarden. Fear of the world outside of your own view. Is that true of you FOG?
I always find it facinating how those who say they know God and God is Love and we all must love as God loves are the very ones who cast stones and hurl insults at anyone who's opinion differs from their own. It really is very telling. Jesus did not teach such attitude, in fact He condemned it.

God only wants to be believed. God takes no pleasure in the destruction of the wicked. All day long He streches forth HIs hand and His offer of mercy and salvation to those who want to be His children and love HIm and follow HIm.
The fear of the Lord, not the fear of the world, is the beginning of wisdom. God can remove the stoney heart and replace it with a heart of love towards God and your fellow man, if one only calls on Jesus, the propitiation for sin, through a broken and contrite heart. God resist the proud, but gives grace unto the humble.

lol....................Don't you believe any of those testimonies you hear or see on TV about someone appearing to help them and then disappearing again?
I wouldn't consider that transforming. Soul has an astral body the surrounds it. It looks like the physical because that's what it's shaped for. You have an astral body even now. This is what makes some people who have "passed on" visible in this world without a physical body. They are not angels ordained by God, they are just Souls who like to help the living if they can.

Evil walks amongst us, so why not angels. Many people have influenced me through my lifetime. Most for the good. These were people that I would have fairly regular contact with, friends, family, etc; I have on several occasions met a person for a brief time, perhaps only an hour, and they left a profound impression on me, which I spiritually (not necessarily in a religious sense) benefit from even today. Were they Angels?

Angels are not transformed into humans. There are several "types" of angels. Some of these types are good, and some are not. The good ones appear as humans, in this physical realm, and interact with us sometimes knowingly.. The bad can only approach this realm in a spiritual manner, or take on a physical asset, such as a body. Because of their spiritual manner, they can appear as "light", such as an UFO.
There were a group of angels called the Anunuki (original sons of God). They were suppose to aid mankind and teach them the will of God. But they also turned away from God and began to enslave man. They were banished to a different realm or dimension, but will return at the end of time to wreak havoc and attempt to enslave people again.
