iv been on the diet craze since i was 15 NOW 35 iv done my dash.when constricting ur body to certain food groups you need to assess the long term affects. say ur stranded in the desert, ur body is automatically starved (just like most diets), the body reacts by going into starvation mode (slowing the metabolism to conserve weight and water), So keep that example in mind change ur eating to 3 medium meals and 3 small snacks but remember time is everything. Breakfast 1000-snack lunch 1500-snack dinner 1900-snack. If working 9 to 5 it's easier but just move the time lines to your time line of life and work. Slowly with no worries.
