I AM A TRUCK DRIVER I PARK MY TRUCK AND TRAILER LEGAL ON SIDE WAY I DON,T HAVE ANY FAULT IN POLICE REPORT MY INSURANCE DON,T COVER ME AND NOT HELP ME TO FIND SECOND PARTY INSURANCE IT,S HAPPEN 06/30/2010 I LOSE ALL MY COMPANY

You need to file a complaint with the State and Federal Regulators that control the insurance company and the towing company so that you get satisfaction to your claim. You should not lose money or property if the transaction was not handled in a timely fashion. Call for an investigation and you might get them to treat you right. Good Luck in this process!!!
