    Describe what a catepillar/butterfly looks like when it is in the cocoon?

    They are all normaly chesnut to black in colour

    I read that If you broke one open, they are not "part catepillar, part butterfly", but a goo, a butterfly soup. Like our lives, we often have to go thru a "people soup" stage to get from our old life to a better life.
