      THEY GO UP IN A SIMILIAR FASHION A TELESCOPING ANTENA WOULD ONE SECTION AT A TIME .THEY LITERALLY "PUMP" UP ONE SACTION THROUGH HYDROLICS. TILL THEY'VE REACHED THE DESIRED HEIGHT . THEN WHEN DONE THEY JUST REVERSE THE PROCESS OFTEN TIME USEING A TRUCK(MOBILE) CRANE

            its disassembled in pieces and lifted off with anothere crane or if bldg is too tall a heavy lift helicopter works fine
