All wills go through Probate Court. You and your Mother need to hire an Estate or Probate Attorney to help you. The paperwork is not easy to fill out, the rules are hard to follow, you cannot do it alone. I went through this for a house and $70,000 dollars in bank accounts. I didn't do it alone, I had to hire an attorney for about $1000.00 to do the paperwork for me.
