      Because, when you go to the shops, you touch your mouth, nose and eyes. Never touch your face. And as soon as you get home, wash your hands.

              I find that since I've been taking a multiple vitamin I haven't had a cold. Your resistance is low no doubt. Try it, what's to loose?
