    Eat three meals a day. Breakfast, fruit, all kinds. Lunch a salad sandwich and for dinner anything you like, but leave the table with your stomach 80% full.
    Use a smaller plate, I am not joking the smaller portions you should be eating will look biger.

    For a normal person to lose weight is to lower their calorie intake to less than their daily usage. Exercise helps to burn calories so take a walk each day starting steady and increase speed and distance.

    Crash diets do not keep weight off, exercise and sensible eating does.
    Reduce calorie intake and exercise each day.
    Start smoking, it curbs your appetite. Not weed though, you'll gain weight.
