i hate that when every company asks you for your soc sec #. I always tell them it's private. It's between me and the government, and that too many companies have my soc # . Just the other day, I was calling my cable company and they asked me for my soc # after I just told them my name and address. I wouldn't give it to them. They said, It's just the last 4 numbers " I said no, I'll call another cable company. They do that so they can spy on you and sell your data to other companies
