      Bad checks cost local merchants hundreds of thousands of dollars. There are both civil and criminal remedies available to a person or business that has received a bad check.

          depends on the judge but i would say its a fair bet that you will get some sort of fine imposed on you and will be told you have to pay it back good luck visonbabe, xxx
