    6. We are a Indian Company. We have placed an order on a foreign company for supply of some equipments to us in India. The Foreign company has no establishment in India. They Subsequently have placed order on some other India company for the supply the same to us. Now I request you to let us know the tax implications, i.e. Sales Tax, Excise duty etc and also the FEMA Act regarding this transaction.
