Open Personal Macro Workbook for Microsoft Excel in the startup folder

Want to create macros in Excel so it is available in all my personal workbook. A message in Excel says I must have Personal Macro Workbook for Microsoft Excel open in the startup folder in order to do this. I therefore need to know how to do that.
