If you ask this question it looks like your not ready to start a buisness.
More than half of all small buisness fail in the first year.
You have to have start up money. This money helps you pay for all things including wages of your employees.

There is a lot more to starting a buisness than having the idea.

You can do like we did and make them independent contractors of the business and really budget their hours. Then they are responsible for their own taxes at year end. This saves you a bundle in Federal, State, Medicare, etc taxes.
