I cannot use the voice mail service included in my metro pcs plan with my haweii ascend droid. I thought the password i gave when i purchased this phone in dec. was my password, but when i call my voice mail it says no. called metro to reset the password and only get recorded message with no instructions to reset. tried default psswrd..nothing..help!

Oh. Well sorry, I do not believe we can help with this issue. You'll have to contact metro about this. We just answer random questions. We are not a business.
