I don't know, thats something that needs to change, sometimes the birth mother can be the worst person for a child.

i dont know but bless their hearts i pray deeply for whomever this is happening to it seems to me that for some reason our justice system is so fixed on making sure that if a child has a biological parent that they stay with them no matter what i know poor grandparents that are in the same situation and there is nothing they can do because their daughter is the biological mother it is terrible they raised this child since the day she was born drug addict mom comes back wants the kids grandparents take her to court just like that they give this child to this woman the child doesnt know it is sick if their is abuse going on it seems like something could be done go to police report it with enough reports someone will have to do something go to social services report everything she does or ever haS done just keep after her dont give up follow her report everything and PRAY
