      You ask a question, we answer it. Or....you can answer any question you want. The rest of us will give you a Thumbs Up for your answer if we feel you deserve it, or a Thumbs Down for your answer if we feel you deserve it. The more Thumbs Up you get, the more "karma" you have. Having lots of karma is a good thing. You might learn stuff too, which is always good.
