I can not find a store in your area that stocks them. You can order them on line here. This site had the cheapest price: http://www.coastaltool.com/a/accessories/saw/circular-saw-6.htm

It sounds as though you are looking for a blade to fit a battery powered trim saw, or one of the small table saws. Try a Home Depot or Lowes...as they usually carry that stuff. You could even try where the saw was bought. If I remember right, Bosch and Skill both make hand held trim saws requiring blades of that size, and you might also find it with one of their dealers.

I checked the one's in his area. The smallest they have is 6 1/2 inch blades. He has an old time porter cable circular saw that he needs to fit the blade to. He needs a 10 mm hole which is small. I think the site I found for him will get him what he needs.
Hm...good old Porter Cable tools. They make a good quality tool, but they hardly ever go with the standard sizes of other manufacturers. I had a Porter Cable framing nailer that I had to travel almost 50 miles away to get nails for. I can empathize.
My brother love perter cable but even he had to stop using them. As a carpenter, it became troublesome trying to get parts for them.
