        high in sugar, so it's fattening, if you eat a lot of it.

        Each serving has about 80 calories. Get the sugar free kind instead.

          Yes, it's not fattening as far as not having fat in it.....I was more concerned with the sugar content of the regular jello causing a weight gain.

                I would stay away from Jell-o, except for the sugar-free. It's just empty calories, and you'd be better off eating fresh fruit. You're right about sugar causing weight gain; the sugar causes a rise in insulin, and that promotes fat storage of any extra calories that are consumed, no matter if they come from protein, fat, or carbs.
