      Hi ping John as every one has said you do need to see a Doctor asap also to rule out heart problems as 6dogs said sounds like poor circulation there could be also a problem with your tythroid as you do get pain and your hands are mostley cold to put your mind a rest please see a Doctor also have you had a injury in your hand good luck

              Yes, that's what it sounds like. I saw a girl dancer on tv who said that her hands got cold when she got stressed. that doesn't mean anything, really. see a doc, ping john.
