    If your gallbladder has ejection fraction of 5% how long can you go without surgery safely?

    Normal gallbladder ejection fraction is between 35 percent and 75 percent. If you have biliary pain and low ejection fraction you may have ABP.

    It sounds like you need surgery NOW. See your doctor ASAP.
