    To tighten the skin around the neck, lie back on a soft blanket and place a small pillow under your head. Stretch your legs straight out in front of you. Looking up at the ceiling, slowly lift your head 3 to 4 inches, then slowly bring it back down. Do not use your abdominal muscles; try to rely completely on your neck muscles to do the exercise. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
