We are not whoever your tool bar is from.
To uninstall a toolbar, go to your control panel, then programs, add/install programs, find the tool bar and remove it. If this toolbar was not an upgrade to your previous one, then your previous one is still on your computer. If it's not, type it into your search engine and download it again.
