I doubt it as the values of all properties have gone down and continue to do so and will for some time to come. You can go online to the property appraiser of your county and look up your home and see the appraised value of it. You can also go to www. Zillow.com and type in your address. They give pretty good estimates of the worth of your property. Good Luck!
