This should be done automatically by the creditors you paid off. It may take a little while to show up, but it should.
To be sure, you can write to the creditor you paid off asking them to update your credit report, and ask them for a letter confirming that you did pay off the debt. You can use that letter to prove to other creditors the bill has been paid, or send a copy to the credit rating agencies yourself to get things updated.
