        Do you have a toggle switch to turn them on manually? If you do, see if you can get behind it and look at the wires, there may still be a fuse or fuses for each line on the line themselves.

        I'll see if I can search out a fuse box diagram for you.

          Possibly on the wires of the fog lights themselves if they're not factory installed. Otherwise, the fuse panel should have a diagram on it's cover showing what all the fuses go to.
