    what are the origins of yeast, and how do you make it from scratch. Not yeast recipes, but how do you make the actual yeast itself.

      I suggest you google this. I did and I got kind of lost. Supposedly there is yeast everywhere but it depends on the type of yeast you want to make as to what you use to make it. Good luck.
