Truvia comes in powder form, agave is liquid. Truvia has been found to cause allergic reactions in some people, I haven't heard anything about that with reference to agave. I personally haven't tried the agave yet, Truvia is in my pantry and I use it sparingly when I need a sweet fix in my coffee or cereal. Guess I should get on the bandwagon and give the agave a shot.
