Like Al Capone, I took what I wanted. Just kidding. I know my wife since were 5 yrs old. We were buddies for years, she was my first steady girlfriend and I couldn't put up a fake front, she knew me for what and who I was. Married 42 yrs this year. Doesn't say much about her taste in men though.
Stop knocking old Al....he's practically a legend here in Chitown...could've been mayor actually except for the teeny bit of laws he broke! I believe most of your success can come from just a few simple thing, one of the most important is having a great attitude and outlook on life. Being a positive, funny, happy person, will want others to be around you.
Working out will help with your self confidence, make you feel better about yourself, and make you look better as well.
I would also suggest to develop a good relationship with God/Jesus, because our spiritual side is even more important than our physical, or mental part. It's all about balance, notice I mentioned mind, body, and spirit.

Hi robertgrist, I typed that to feel it in my fingers to see if I get it. Ok...Once that overwhelming event happens in your life, you do go mad. There is nothing that can stop love. It may not benefit your life or the life of others, but if it happens, it happens. It's rare. (Thank Goodness!)

when I had the preschool I had to be up and positive. If not, I'd bring the whole class down with me. I'd smile! there's actually proof that if you smile your body will think you're happy and things will be better. (OK. It's a little more difficult now but here I go. I'm smiling and I'm going to go fix two big artichokes.)
