You have to have a Facebook page. If so, at the top you can post a picture. When you click 'post photo' an empty box will appear. Hit 'browse' and find where your picture is stored (documents, my scans or my pictures).Double click on the listing(name) of your photo and it will download. Now add a comment and hit share.
