    HOW CAN I CHANGE STATUS LISTING IF IS ALLREADY TERMINATED?

    ONE OF my listing was sold and i choose terminated instead. now other realtors see this property in sthe MLS as terminated not as sold,

    please help me to change the listing status, sorry it is my first time doing this.
