      Gaddafi is just using these corpses 4 propaganda value to show the world that NATO is bombing civilians. Governments throughout history have done this, he is no exception.

        I agree with veteran, it's an old trick, very common at wartime. I wouldn't be surprised it he blew up a children Hospital, just to make the ally's look bad, to try to turn public opinion against them. Especially to sway his Arab neighbors, they are just looking for a reason to complain about to much force being used.
