      There is a kink at the bottom of each email (spam) go to it and you can be taking of the mailing list.. It will take a while to clean up you message box.. But when it is done.. No more spam.

        its got so i get e-mail by the hundreds. if i knew how to stop all that trash, id be in there. let me know if you find out. vice-versa

          It's quite simple - in your profile page you have the option to opt out of emails. just click on the box next to "Send email notifications"
