      Well it is according to your situation. If you find a very well maintained MH and reasonable enough and have a place to put it I would say yes, but if there is anyway possible it would be more beneficial to buy a home instead as they do not lose in value like MH do.

          No it isn't. Get a new one because U will get a warranty, besides they don't cost that much.
