Here we go again asking the wrong question, before we even get started.We need to close down our( hormone drive),rapid gain only take you to rapid lost,The more time you put into it better you'll be,also good for the heart. You've heard you get what you pain for.Now with some people they get obsess with there body,don't do it,or don't put your egg in one basket.You need physical & spiritual exercise, a proper balance.Another thing is discipline,and little praying for a warm up.
