The most important thing right now is my dog Chester. He suddenly stopped eating. He is going to the Vet this morning to get his kidneys flushed out for 3 days. I am a wreck and hope and pray he will be alright for a while.Other than that it would be Time. Its moving so fast.

to python lover, I feel the same way, b/c my husb died, and a lot of my good friends moved away b/c no one wants to live in the Detroit area. I suggest you join a church. You will find many good, true frineds there. And it'll give you a lot to do....working on their activities.

Come to OZ, me and my dog will walk with you because that is what we do anyway, miles of golden sand and blue sky. Winter time and still can wear shorts, anything else is second best.

Not a hockey fan, here's the final results...Boston Bruins win Stanley Cup, beat Vancouver 4-0
I m absolutely embarrassed at the behavior after the hockey game lastnight. What a bunch of morronic, ignorant people.
Go Red Wings!! It's too late for them this year, but they won the Cup three years in a row !!

If you are not too old you could adopt - I could easily love a child even if I hadn't birth to he/she/them. I haven't any children and do not believe in the maternal instinct theory.

Once my daughter-in-law was married to our son, she became a monster. We hardly see our son because she controls him. It's his fault. He knew before they were married, that she had a foul temper. They even broke off the wedding about two days before.

Yes, there is now. They have two, one is two years old and the other is maybe one old. I did go to the hospital to see her and the baby. She was codial because her sister was there too. After that, my husband and I went home to see our son and grandson. We have only seen the grandson four times since he was born. If we go there, she goes out with the child so I can't see him. She won't let our son visit us with the child. I'm over it now. At first, I was in shock because I did not expect the blast. Then I was very angry and I wrote a fairy story with her in it and posted it off. Actually it was a nice fairytale, but it didn't go down very well. Now I don't care so much anymore. I have my other son's little four year old to care for. I'ts a lot of work, but I'm organised.

to Eggplant, your d-i-l sounds like my brother's wife. I quit calling b/c she never lets me talk to him. She always makes up an excuse. She tried to drive a wedge between me and my bro years ago. And even a wedge between me and their kids !!! ----my niece and nephew, who are now grown.
She got him to move out of state when their kids were babies. So , my parents had to be long-distance grandparents---and it was hard on them, b/c they were older then :-O

What I want most, I can't have. But if I could, I want.....
1. My father and sister to be alive again. I can't believe that it has been 17 years since my father died. He always took me to my doctor's appoiintments. I miss spending time and talking to him. And I would never have dream that my sister would die before me. Its been 3 years since her death. Her children were only eight years old. My other sister was with her when she passed. I will never forget what she said. " In one split second, I lost my sister, best friend, and business partner.
2. Health. I'm tired of being sick and disabled.
3. Happiness and a better outlook on life.
