COBRA insurance running out and I have preexisting conditions what is best way to get affordable health insurance?

Check your present cover and see if there are any areas you can delete, example you are 99yrs old I don`t think you need cover for pregnancy, sky diving or water skiing.
I am not being facetious ,well I am, but see if you can reduce the premiums by deleting things you will not need.

Do you belong to any groups or organizations? Sometimes they can provide you with group insurance. Try to find a group you can join, otherwise you will pay dearly for individual insurance.
