    i beleive aids is hiv full blown, i know hiv is treatable and personaly know of people going on 25 years living healthy!1

    HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is the virus that can lead to full blown AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. If the virus is present then you are considered to be HIV positive. A person is considered to have full blown AIDS when their T-Cell count drops below 150. There is NO cure for AIDS. The medications that the patient takes is to slow down the process in which the HIV reproduces itself.
