      If it is "diamond" accent it is reall diamond... it my be set diamond chips but they are real.

        Hey Volcane. Diamond accents can be real or man made. Which ever the main center stone is, real or man made, is what accent diamonds are. They surround the large main focused diamond to enhance its over all look. And yes they could be diamond chips of real diamonds in many case.
