Fibromyalgia is thought to be hereditary, due to increased pain perception in the brain, and there's widespread body pain, tingling, muscle spasms, and pain in response to pressure. Lyme disease is caused by a tick bite, and symptoms include a rash, fever, muscle sorenes,, and malasie, as well as joint pain. Lyme disease can be diagnosed by a lab test to detect antibodies to the bacteria caused by it.
