      Do you mean a SD card? If so try tweezers or a couple q-tips, if no luck it may need to be taken to a repair shop.
      I have done it (replaced the CD unit) and it's no small job.

          Sometimes you have to push in on them quickly to get them to release.

            Most camera memory cards are tiny, if he put it in the CD slot it's just floating around in there.
