    My toolbar seems to have chnaged and I can't find the ability to paste a copied file from word into an email or job application. What has happened?

      Go to TOOLS and look for taskbar then look for the task bar that you originally had. You can change them when you want so don't worry about looking at different task bars to find the one you want.
