Best guess....You have debris in your fuel tank which is clogging your fuel filter. When the car sets without running, the debris settles back into the fuel tank where it's sucked back into your fuel line when the car is running. Have a garage drop the tank and clean it. Also have them flush your fuel line and change the fuel filter(s).
