TU for being brave! Jokes! I have some cousins here in Canada that have an Australian Mom and she raised them on Vegemite...they love it! I have tried it two or three times and haven't yet acquired a taste for it!

Where do you get them? Do you eat them raw or roasted?

They are in most of your major Supermarkets or Wal-Mart. Look in the frozen food section. You can also grow them in your garden, if rabbits don't eat them up. I've planted some for the last three years, but the rabbits ate them, didn't try this year. You can eat them raw right off the vine or roasted.

I usually don't eat 2 hours before I go to sleep, it's not good for your weight. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and eat either chocolate chip cookies and milk or Breyers Chocolate chip mint ice cream.

The reason I quit was because I was gaining to much weight. Now if I do wake and water doesn't hit the spot, I eat protein type food only. It's much better than sugar or carbs. Tuna, or peanut butter usually.

Iam under Dr. orders to eat cereal.. LOL.. Really.. The milk is supposed to help me sleep... I refuse to take sleeping pills.

I know what you mean, I have a difficult time sleeping(if I don't work hard or work out) I just take Benadryl. It's one of the main ingredients in many sleeping pills and I have allergies at night and in the morning anyway. It kind of kills 2 birds with 1 stone for me, but you do feel drowsy for a few hours in the a.m..

Yes I was wondering where I could find a cereal doctor, but I haven't found any in FL, must be a GA thing? Lucky for you. lol

That bites that you were up for a few days, that has happened to me and eventually I just get so exhausted I doze off and sleep for a day.

my dad always used to say to drink warm milk if you can't sleep . I can't say that it ever helped me. But, I take 2 Tylenols if I can't sleep and they definately make you relaxed and sleepy. Then you can drift off to sleep :-)

Looks like a lot of us have problems sleeping, for me it's sometimes because of pain, other times because of to much on my mind. Most of the time it's just I haven't used up enough of my energy, I am very energetic.

I swear I tell every Jennifer I talk to this. I am Lynn... But I like Lynn. I went by Mica for years.. Most of my friends and hubbys family still call me Mica

Funny! ('Bout Nicole being the perfect middle name to go with Jennifer!) My Mom always called me Jenni-Lynn, or Jenni-wren! Grandma did too! Isn't it crazy how so often we want what we don't have! I too am settled about my name now. I would hope so at 32 years of age!:)
