Why can't you get a makeover? If it's a matter of affordability try emulating the clothing style of someone you admire. You don't have to dress exactly like them, just in a similar style and you don't have to spend a lot to do this. Try looking for bargains and shopping in thrift shops. Get a different haircut, contact lenses (if you wear glasses), etc. Good luck to you.

People are attracting to others more for their personality than their looks. I know it doesn't seem that way but it's true. The most beautiful people in the world are people who are beautiful on the inside. Kindness, laughter, love, compassion, understanding, giving, genuine, openness, caring, all given without expecting something in return. That is a beautiful person and one who will have many friends and much love in return. This person will also attract another like minded person who will love them for who they are and not what they look like.
