I want to marry a man with the name David. Do I a), only date men with that name, b) wait and see if I begin to meet men with that name and c) go on dating sites and only pick men with that name?

A life long committment should not be made based upon a man's name. You need to talk with a sensible, responsible adult about your thought processes in this serious matter. I would not want to select the father of my to-be children based upon a name. Your priorities are way out of order.

I think you need to concentrate on school and growing up first and then if this weird fixation for the name David still persists, seek a psychologist.
