      Scottish Shortbread Cookies
      1-pound butter
      1-cup brown sugar
      4-cups flour

      1) Preheat the oven to 325 Degrees F.
      2) Cream the butter and sugar together.
      3) Gradually add the flour; mix well.
      4) The dough may be rolled and cut or baked in a pan.
      5) Bake until slightly golden brown.
